After they looked at new evidence mailed to them?
WITHOUT formally reopening the petition?
I mailed a letter to the interview officer that we had last week, pointing out that she told my wife and I that she would give us 2 days to get a sponsor, which we did - but she made a decision and denied us before she waited to get that.
I'm hoping that she'll read my letter, acknowledge that she agreed to this, and change our petition to approved, WITHOUT me having to formally reopen the petition.
Will she bother reading my letter?
Does she have the power to change the decision?
How likely is it that she would change the decision if she remembers us and remembers that she said that she would give us until Friday morning - but didn't wait for that to make a decision?
Have you ever heard of that happening?
We have a copy of the packet delivered to her, stamped on Friday morning.
