If your company is willing to sponsor you go for OR. It is the savest bet. For EA you don't have good award and also your membership is weak. (Mensa is not related to your research field. To be intelligent doesn't mean your an outstanding scientist). You need also way more than 2 reference letters from independent top notch researchers for OR and EA. The emails you mentioned won't count as reference letters since the USCIS expect some keywords in such reference letter and normally such emails (which by the way are nothing special because scientists ask other scientists often about their opinion about research) dont' have these words.
For NIW you have not only to show the national interest but also why it is critical not to go through LC process (One of the main reasons why NIW is denied. National interest is not enough

Many thanks

honkman, topew many thanks for your comments.
I have already applied for OR through my company 6 months ago. While I am waiting for a result, I am going to pitch in EA and NIW applications as well.

My company is headquartered under the VSC jurisdiction and have a "grandfathering" agreement with VSC, so my OR petition is submitted to VSC. But I reside in NSC jurisdiction, so the I will be sending the self-petitions
(EA and NIW) to NSC. Do you see any problem with applying to different centers?

Thanks!
