Actually the INS said it got a recruitment and they closed the case. But my lawyer nor the employer get any recruitment information for my case, So they say they will "reopen" my case now. But i want to know if really the INS did get a recruitment and what will happen next if my case is really closed? Should i apply again from the start for the labour certification? Can i use the same priority date ? Please let me know what will happen next.
