I am currently preparing for my LC. Ads have been posted and my case is stuck at a point where the attorney could not find a alternate wage survey to justify my salary. From the job description I am categorised as Level II by the state DOL and the salary for Level II is much higher than my current salary. Even though the DOL-specified salary is to be paid when I get my GC(2-3years from now), my company is not willing to commit to paying that amount. My lawyer says the options are to reclassify my job-by posting new ads, but I have a problem with that too.Have anybody had this problem before?? How did your lawyer deal with this issue.
