Hello Guys!
In my denial it is written that I did not submit a copy of ETA 750 B form.
But In my RFE I was only asked to submit a letter from the prospective employer on official company head and signed by upper level official of the company detailing the job responsibilities, which was provided.. I was not asked for any such form.
Please note that it is only a Prospective Employement (for future).
Now I am preparing a response to appeal in AAO.. so please help me to write an expalnation to this point. Has someone seen this comment in the case of propective employment..
