I am filing NIW-physician and the only question I have is what to write on ETA 750 B, question 10:
Alien is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident in the office of the immigration and naturalization service at: (city) (state)
I live in Houston, so I am filing at Texas Service Center. However since they mention "office", I wonder if they are talking about a local office.
Do I have to write "Texas Service Center" or "Houston, TX"?
