Can some one guide me in the process to incorporate a subsidiary for a 30yr old company that is currently operating only in India.
I understand you need to have someone with a SSN to obtain a FEIN? I am currently on H1, can i be as one of the partner but not actively working for this subsidiary?
This subsidiary will export stuff from india to its customers directly and the idea is to keep a local company here is to enable it to get into the retail arena and bill/receive payment from its retail customers?
