Error on submitted DS-160 for B2. Please advise

Hi,

My brother submitted a DS-160 form and then realized he made 2 mistakes on it (income/education). How to correct these errors? is it possible to submit a new application (DS-160)? He hasnt paid the visa fees or scheduled an appointment. Please advise.
