Received mine and my wife's cards. Wife's card has an error on it. Called a number listed in the leaflet which came along with the card. I was told to mail I-90 form to an LA address and to wait for a Biometric appointment notice.
I even have to pay $70.00 for the FP even though the error was caused by USCIS.
