Error on Green Card

I received my Green Card from NSC, however, there is no my fingerprint on it. I went to local INS office (Millwaukee) and filed I-90 for replacement today, the office took my I-90 form as well as photo and my fingerprint (he also re-stamp my passport). However, he did not ask for the application fee ($110.00) and also did not give me receipt with case number. My question is:
(1) Will I get a receipt with case number since INS did not take my application fee for I-90?
(2) How long can I receive my new card? How I can check the status of my case?

did you get your card ???

I also have the same problem. Would u know if it is okay to travel to India and comeback without problem.
I still haven\'t applied for replacement card. Thanks
