Error Message while Checking Case Status Online

Hi-

I have been reveiving a weird error message when checking my case status online (see below). I was able to check case status before but ever since I received the interview letter the following started appearing:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.


What should I do?

Yes me too. I called USCIS yesterday and just by luck the same day my interview date was opened and my letter was mailed out.

I checked my online status and it has an error too as below.

Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online. For further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

This is normal, they are just clearing out the system.
