This morning I took a look at my cases. Everything was normal.
A few minutes ago I tried to take a look again and I got this message:
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
Login failed. Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.
Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer
I am sure my ID and passwords are correct. I even tried changing the password but I keep getting the same message. I still can access the cases individually. Anybody has an idea what this means?
