My attorney filed the PERM application today and then we received the confirmation e-mail. To my surprise, the job title was entered as "civil engineer" instead of "structural engineer"!!! To cut the long story short, I want to know if this is going to affect me as far as processing time and audition and etc. I guess we have to drop that case and re-file? This is freaking me out and she'll be on vacation starting tomorrow. I highly appreciate any information and/or personal experience on this matter.
