I received my wife\'s and son\'s H4 extension Notice of Approval from INS. My wife\'s Notice of Approval is just fine, but on my son\'s Notice of Approval, instead of his name, INS has printed my name.
So I called INS, Texas (tried the given number for more than thousand times), the officer on the phone asked me send me a fax with all the details. It is more than 45 days now. I did not get any feedback/corrected Notice of Approval.
Until and unless I get my son\'s Notice of Approval, I cannot send our passports for Visa re-validation.
