Error in GC - Please help

Hi All,
 My spouse\'s name is misspelled in the plastic card.
 I know after going through all the discussions that we shouls file a I-90 with the local INS office but shouls we call the TSC number that came with the card ( to call in case of any mistakes) first. As you all are aware the number is hard to get thorugh, all I get is a busy signal.
 Any suggestion?

What should i do ?

Should i file I-90 at the local INS office ?`Is there any documentation or photos, i need to take along ?

Where do i get the I-90 form ?

How long will it take to get the plastic card again ?
