Error in 45-day letter

My company's name is spelled wrong in 45-day letter. I called the lawyer to ask him to contact with DBEC to correct it, but he said that is not important at all. Is he right or should I push him to correct it?

My name appeared on the 45DL is also misspelled. Lawyer said already notified BEC on 45D reply, but till now no further info.
