I am working as a ERP systems software consultant on H1-B. ERP system includes softwares like SAP, People Soft, Oracle, JD Edward.
I am planning to get a GC through employment and I need some advice to find an experienced attorney who is familiar and had helped with preparing LC for ERP consultants. Preferrably those who are serving consulting firms.
Is there anybody who is doing consulting job (SAP consultants, People soft consultants) successfully obtains GC? Would you share your experience and some advice?
Lawyers and attorneys, do you have any good recommendations?
