Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

I was wondering how do you guys get this emails from uscis addressing your case. They're always super shitty whenever I call or request something, its like calling a wrong number, Most of the time they act like they have no idea what im talking about.

Yes you’re right, sometimes you get good response and sometimes we need to explain everything from start to finish. I am keep calling them and they saying they still working on my case. Next week I am planning to go Field office and express my concerns. I don’t know what’s going on with my case, looks like we are in short of vacuum.

How do you get a chance to see one of them? At this point I might have requested so many info pass appointments and I never get a call or anything. I feel like I have talked to all people that work in this call center.
 
It’s very difficult but We can ask for supervisor to see if we can explain the situation we have. Again its just the 50/50 chances.
