If somebody get a green card on diversity lottery and of course the other members of the family too, can that person come alone and after two months to come his wife and his child or they have to enter in the USA all together?

As long as everyone's papers are in order individually, it should be allright for them to come individually. It may be a good idea for the dependents to have a photocopy of the primary's GC.
