entry date on my immigration visa expired on june 2nd, due to serious oversight and confusion on my part. The visa expiry date was august 2nd but entry date deadline was june 2nd. some how august date was stuck in my mind. I realised it on 4th. There are only few months left for my stay in US (H1B -- expiring).
Can anyone advise on what should be done. My spouse is Canadian citizen. Any advice on getting the entry/reapplying the visa/extension in H1B, to save the situation would be greatly appreciated.
