Entering US with Previous's company VISA

Hi Gurus,

I Have STAMPED VISA for my previous company which is valid till MAR-2004.

I am working for new company from Mar-2003 and have vaiid H1 Approval(797) which till JAN-2006.

offcourse my new H1 is not reflected in my passport.


I am visting INDIA In NOV-2003 and coming back in DEC-2003 and I

do not want to take risk and do not have time to do stamping in MUMBAI India..


Question is

Can I enter US with my previous Visa ?

Till which date they will issue I-94 ?

!!!! Yes . you can enter with your previous visa

Till which date they will issue I-94 ?
If you show your approved I-797 they will give the I-94 which is already dated on that ..

I dont see any problesm here .. Have a great trip

Hi kishuibm,

Thanks for your reply . I was about cancel trip to India ...because of all these visa rules and all. Mine is 4th trip in 3 years
unfortunately I have to see consulate/drop bix every time
some time for kid's H4 some time spouse's h4 to h1 some time my H1 extension ....now new company's h1 ...

Now a days visa becomes part and parcel of tension/life.

Anybody see any issues in coming on previous companies Visa ??
