Entering US on visitor visa

Hi,
My in-laws have 10 year multiple entry visitor visa. They came to Austin,Tx last year(Houston,TX was the Port of entry) and stayed for <6 months from May,2004 to Oct,2004. Now my wife is pregnant and we're planning to bring them here for helpin 09/2005.Now my question is do they need to re-validate their visa or anything?? and is it OK if they come to our place(Chicago,IL)?? because their son stays in Austin,TX.Also please let me know if they need to finish any other immigration related formalities in India.

As they have 10 year valid visa, there is no problem for them to come again 9/05. They can go to any destination. They can explain to the Immigration Officer at port of entry about visiting family but must specify length of stay desired.
