Entering to US on B1/B2(Urgent)

I am currently having 10 years multiple entry B1/B2 visa. Last year I came to onsite(US) on B1/B2 visa on official work. Now I want to come to US on personal reasons using B1/B2 visa. Is there any documents required to show at Port of entry?.

Not really. If questioned u can give details abt ur friends / relatives who u will be visiting or ur travel plans in the U.S.
