Guys question on AP and H4 document (I797 but no VISA) while entering to USA
My wife is traveling to India while her return what are the document she need to show to immigration officer.
1) She has valid AP from Jan 2007 to Jan 2008.
2) Valid H4 until 2010 (I797 but no VISA) .
3) EAD until Dec 2006 but it was never used.
So my understanding is she is still on H4 because EAD was never used. So just need to show AP while entering in USA.
1) What abt other documents if ask abt working status? Do she need to show EAD or H4 document also? We are kind of confused because EAD was never used before and not planning to use at least for next six month.
