Entering Canada with both US & Canada PR stamps

Hi everybody,
I became a Canadian PR 6 months back and then recently got US permenent residency (Passport stamped, waiting for plastic card). I am planning to visit Canada again. Can there be a problem in entering back into USA. Would I be asked to surrender Canadian immigration at the border itself.

Imran, Did INS ask asy questions about Canadian PR

I want to know if INS at the time of passport stamping ask you any questions about your Canadian PR stamp.

I have posted this message before. This may not apply to you but it\'s a true story. When I came to US and passed the Buffalo Border, a lady who has GC and also a Canadian P.R had some troubles with the immigration officer. (She was driving from Canada and planning to visit her son who was studying in the States.) I didn\'t know why the officer noticed that she had a green card and she was also a Canadian P.R. The officer just took away her Green card and told her that she couldn\'t have both status. I was just about to leave so I didn\'t know if she managed to get back the green card.
