My mom is a LPR married to a US Citizen. She filed an I-130 petition for me while I was still outside the US last year 2004. Last Aug 18, I entered the US with a B1/B2 visa which I got years before (still valid). Question: Can I adjust status here instead of waiting for it in Manila? Could I now file I-485 for my AOS. If so, pls tell me what to do. Thanks.
