Entered using AP- no problems.

I returned 2 days ago and used AP to re-enter.
The immigration officer at Houston airport asked no specific questions. I did not need to go thro secondary inspection.
I had 2 orginial AP copies (texas service centre gives only 2) of which the immigration officer took one and (stamped and then) returned the second.
At Mumbai however I showed my H-1 visa, since they are known to demand one original AP copy for their record.

Is your passport having H1 stamping?
Is your 140 approved? are you working under EAD or H1?
