Here is the history.....

140 ND : Sep 22' 2003
EAD ND : Apr 9 2004
485 ND : APR 9 2004

LUD's

140, EAD , 485 : APR 9 2004 :rolleyes:
EAD : JULY 9th 2004 (Approved and new card has been ordered) :) :D
140 : July 12th (No change in status) ;)
140 : July 13th (No change in status) :confused:
EAD : July 13th (Approved, Approval notice has been mailed) :cool:

All I know is, looks like my 140 file has been dusted and taken off of the shelf......

Question's are

1. Is it not Approval notice is mailed and Card is ordered later for EAD, in my case it was otherway around ?

2. Any predictions regarding my 140?

Hope to have a "normal delivery" of 140 baby and not a C-Section (Without any RFE's :eek: ) :-) :-)

Shed in some light with your experience, analysis......... :confused:

I had a similar situation about a month ago, with 2 updates for my 2nd EAD exactly like you described yours. My 140 was subsequently approved about 5 days after the 2nd notice on the EAD.
 
Thanks for your response. Certainly, it gives me some confidence.

Earlier, Jharkandi has posted on some thread that, if LUD changes once and there is no change in status for more than a week or 2, it may be a RFE........but since in my case LUD changes almost everday without any change in status, its increasing my anxiety........

I understand it is frustrating and stressful but atleast you have something going on. There are people before 09/2003 ND with nothing yet. Think about them and you will feel better :)
 
I agree with you, only thing is lot of permutations and combinations were going on within my mind, since LUD's have started changing...:-)

Just trying to figure out the paterns, which is not only going to help me but also many like me.
