Enterd USA using AP..Some questions..

I used my Advance Parole to enter USA.

The INS officer has put the stamp on my Passport and it has entry, which reads as ‘Paroled up to 16th May 2005’ (1 year from the date of entry).
Also, the stamp on Advance Parole form has same entry.
I want to know whether this is how the entry is made in your Passport and Advance Parole form. If it is valid up to 16th May 2005, what will be my status after this date?

2) The INS officer has stamped only one copy of the Advance Parole and returned me this copy and other two copies. (He kept Xerox copy of the stamped Advance Parole form). Is it correct?

3) The INS officer ha snot taken my fingure prints or/and photo. Is not every person entering USA is supposed to have his or her fingure prints taken? Or is it not required for person on Advance Parole since his fingure prints are already validated or going to be validated?

I will appreciate if somebody throws some light on this.

Yes that is how entry is made in the passport and on the AP .
Your status will become PAROLLEE once you use the AP to enter the USA. After 16 may 2005 you will still remain as a parollee but you need new AP papers to travel using the AP.

Yes thats correct. The remaining two copies could be used next time at POE.

3) The INS officer ha snot taken my fingure prints or/and photo. Is not every person entering USA is supposed to have his or her fingure prints taken? Or is it not required for person on Advance Parole since his fingure prints are already validated or going to be validated?

If you enter US on AP they will not take your finger prints as they already have them on file.

I will appreciate if somebody throws some light on this.
