Enter US for a Month and leave to re-enter again

Hi,

I will enter US to activate my GC (activation trip) but I have some things that I have to finish in my country before staying in US.

My question is:
Can I leave US after one month of the activation of my GC? (even if the GC and SSN# are not issued after one month).

I read on some posts that I acn use the I-551 stamp on my passport to leave US,

if so; is there any problem to re-enter the US or to travel to from another country?

You can leave later that day you entered if want - or after you apply for the SSN. You don't need to stay a month.

I agree. I left 2 weeks after my first entry. Was planning on using my temp green card when i returned after a month or so, but i had received my permanent green card by then.
