My friend would like to know if he's a US GC holder and also Canadian PR but most of time he stay in US. So he wants to know if he needs to go back to Canada, which status he should use? US GC or Canadian PR? If he use US GC, will the Canadian officer notfiy he also holds Canadian PR?
