Enter Canada on I-485 without Advance Parole

I have a trip coming up to Canada soon. But my company has not done Advance Parole and I am in my I-485 stage.

Can I go to Canada and come back or DO I have to wait for Advance Parole to visit Canada.

Trip to Canada

No you dont. You can reenter with valid H1b notice of action if you stay less than 30 days, if you dont apply for H1b visa at consulate at canada, and if you are not nationals of those 7 countries.
