Enquiry raised - funny situation

I called 1-800 number to change my address. The lady advised me to raise status enquiry for my case. I reluctantantly said no since I am from India and in EB3 category. I explained her the PD date funda and my reason for not raising the query. She couldn't understand, I gave up at the end.
Today for the heck of it I called again. This time I requested to raise the query. This lady also didn't know the PD funda. She has raised the status query. Lets see what happens.

Don't expect too much from the reps at the 800# or you'll get cranky yourself. They're all hopeless and they don't know anything more than you do.

From the way they answer to you, did you ever notice that they're just reading right off the screen

Same happened to me, I raised an enquiry. It seems like they have ben instructed that if there are queries regarding i-485 application that strech beyond the processing time , then raise queries.
In my case I got an email from a Immigration Officer stating that my case is in "case under active review by an immigration officer so
we can make a decision on your case as soon as possible"
