Folks,

As the current processing dates have moved to April 17th 2002 and me being Feb 15th 2002, can I initiate a status check? How can I get past those dumb level 1 guys. What reason can I give. Even if they transfer me to tier 2 folks, how can I make sure they are really tier 2?

They would not pass you to tier2 but first tell you that an inquiry has been created.
If 30 days have past and you haven;t heard from them then they will transfer your to tier2.

Another alternative is to send a fax enquiry to expidite the case
