Enquiry by Congress Women Again, any problems ?

Hi Friends,

My RD is 2/8/2002, FP1 04/10/2002, so far 3 EADs and 3 APs. No FP2.

In last week of March I have contacted local Congress Women and on April 8th I got a reply from them. VSC is scheduling my second finger print notice.

So far nothing happened. Yesterday I have called Congress Women's office and asked them to enquire again.

Do you think asking Congress Women to enquire again on my CASE can cause any problems?

Please let me know your suggestions.

I have realized one thing in this country, the more you deal with government authorities the more it makes you feel helpless 'cos you never know what they can do with your case. Now in our case, my spouse was not in favor of contacting the Senator, but yet I did, and then we got this f**king RFE (for my spouse who is the primary applicant) and NoID (for me, for 'so-called' unlawful presence when in fact I had a valid visa). My spouse thinks we would have been better off not contacting the Senator, while I maintain the view that what's the guarantee that the same wouldn't have happened later after all the waiting. Don't think too much about what you already did, do what you got to do (reasonable and not stupid) and leave it at that.

Give it another 2 weeks as it takes a minimum of 30 days for VSC to do anything.
