Please help me. i received enquiry from Labor department about "intent to deny the application" they want some papers like "articles of corporation" from company, share holders of company and all. we have already submitted articles of corporation . I used to work for A company and then after 3 years A company was sold and i continued my labor with New company and they named "B" . I got the articles of corporation for both company A and B. but they are asking about share holders that company B is not ready to provide so what should we do are Labor department going to deny the LAbor certification. What should i do what kind of paper should we submit please help me. What are the chances? if we don't provide all the papers?
