Enquiry about H1B transfer

Since the H1-B quata for this year (04-05) is already maxed out by October first, is it possible to transfer from one company to another company through H1 transfer. If it is not, is there any toher way. The new and old, both company are multinational energy based company who have offices outside USA also (I would like to know L1 option also). Your response would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I have the Similar question of H1B cap, probably you may give me an answer.

If the job title of the new job is different from the current H1B job (I have two degrees in different majors), is the application of the new job H1B transfer limitted to the Year 2006 H1B cap?

Or anybody else can help me figure out this question?

As long as the job is in the same/similar field on which the original LCA was obtained you should not have any issues.
