I am a green card holder and now want to file for my son who is 36 years old, unmarried and mentally challenged (dependant on her), what is the best and fastest way on getting him here in US?

You have to file a I-130 Petition for Alien Relative in his behalf.
You can check out the processing time at www.uscis.gov

Thanks for the reply, I did consider that option, but no-where on I-130 can I specific about my son's condition and that means it will take him ~10 years to come here. I cannot wait that long as I do not have anyone else to take care of him back home if I have to stay here to maintain my greencard.
