I have a question for anyone who might have had a similar situation.
My friend's mom is eligible for citizenship under the 65/15 rule, where she
can apply for a waiver of the English Language, but has to take the civic test in her native language. However, I dont see any options on the N-400 form
that allow you to specify that. The only waiver form section is for medical reasons. Has anybody been in a similar situation? What extra forms/procedures need to be followed?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
