I took toefl in 1995 for my MS admissions.
I searched and searched and finally found out i dont have any old copies of my toefls scores ..:-( what do i do now?
However i do have my old I-20 which clearly mentions that this candidate has met the required english proficiency.. Can i attach a copy of I-20 as my proof for english.
What i dont understand is that if a person does MS in USA, they have to meet their english credentials before they get their degree. I thought for canadian immigration if a candidate does MS from US it is by default the english profeciency is met..
Is that not the case after June 28th (new requlations?)
