End of Citizenship process?

Once we get naturalization certificate is it confirmed that we are citizens of US? What are the chances of they taking away your citizenship? What are the chances of they coming back and saying sorry it was a mistake - we should not have approved your application for citizenship?
Anybody know any such cases?
