1. 6 year H1B expiring May 31, 2006.
2. Has no greencard pending
3. When he enters the US next, will the I-94 be stamped exactly to May 31, 2006? Or will they allow some grace period for packing up and leaving. May 31, 2006 will also be the last day of work.
4. When can he get a B-1 visa to visit?
5. Does the visit on B-1 be subtracted from the 1-year counter for his next
H1B application if he so chooses?
6. Can he derive any benefit out of the social security taxes he's paid so far?
