Empployer sharing DOL case no etc

Hi All,
If employer is not sharing the DOL case number at Philly, and does not even reveal the phone number used. Can anything be done. The case was sent to DOL on arround 5/10/03.

How long is it taking for the approval. EB3-Non-RIR.

Does the AVM holds the information of all the applications made from an employer, if so how long.
