did anybody/ or if you know anybody who got denied of employment authorization even if you're married to a USC? if so, what would the reason be?
 
Maybe you filled the form incorrectly What did you write in the box asking you for the section based on which you want a EAD, c(9) or something else.
 
thanks for your concern bps01. however, i have not been denied nor have i submitted anything. i guess i am just being paranoid. we are submitting documents as soon as possible. but i was just wondering if anyone gets denied a working permit/employment authorization.
 
Ohhh that is really being paranoid :)

I haven't heard a single case of EAD denial...so don't worry. If you fill the forms correctly and the correct FEE, should be okay.

By the way being married to a USC is not what give you the EAD, is that you will have a pending I-485 and if all the information is correctly given.

Paranoid Diaperchanger you are not alone. I'm guessing that my thread is one of the most paranoid ever written in this forum!! On the other hand... I kind of have reason to worry, while there is no way that your EAD could be denied! :)
