Hey guys,
I applied for adjustment of status (I-485) in Nov-2001. I haven't received my approval notice to this date. My EAD expires in Feb2003 and my H1B expires in June-2003. My question is
a) Is my H1b still valid after I applied for EAD. Did my H1b ceased to exist once my EAD was approved. I have applied for EAD renewal and haven't heard any decision yet.
