Employment Verification for Visitor Visa

Hi,
I am in the process of preparing the I-134 for my parents to visit the US. I understand that I need to provide a employment verification letter. However, I am in the process of changing my job. I will be starting a new job in less than 10 days. I want to send the paperwork as soon as possible since they are planning to visit in less than 2 months. I want to know if I should send an employment verification letter from my current employer with the appropriate paystubs. In taht case what happens when they go for the visa at which time I would have already terminated my current employment. Should I send a copy of my offer letter from my new employer as well. I need advise on the right thing to do here.
Thanks,
J

It depends on when your parents would be attending their interview. By the time they do, would you have completed atleast a pay period with the new employer? If not you can provide the employment letter from your current employer and also the offer letter from your new employer.

You would also send them the bank statement that would probably show your
salary postings.
