NVC received my I-864 mid last week, with my employment certificate. I am in the middle of transitioning from my current consultant to my client. How long before NVC makes the phone call to verify my employment from the time they received the employment certificate? Will there be a problem if they call the employer in their file and I'm already transfered to another employer?
Another question, I already received DS 230 for my 2 minor children. Can I sign it for them? Or should I teach my children how to sign?
I submitted DS 3032 and signed it myself since my kids are minors and they accepted it.
How long from the time I submit DS 230 till my kids get schedule for interview? They are in Manila.
