Hi All,
I have been continuously employed (almost 10 yrs) since I came to this country.
I became unemployed since May/05, I actually took 3 months India trip from Jul to Oct. So technically I have been unemployed since 5 months now. I am applying for N-400.
I am looking to start my own business with a friend, It might take some time before I can show some earnings or call myself self employed.
If I put Unemployed on my N-400 application since May/05 to till date, what impact it might have ? I am 100% sure before the interview, I will have my business up and running.
I appreciate any any thoughts or comments.
