Employment RFE - please help

Registered Users (C)
Friends,

I received an RFE for from BCIS (at least my case if moving!) asking for:

a) Current Position
b) Proffered position
c)Proffered wage
d) Terms and conditions of employment

Will the following reply suffice?

a) Current Position: Engineer (same as in Labor Certification and I-140)
b) Proffered position: Will continue to employ sadiq as Engineer
c)Proffered wage: Currently making $xyz (greater than amount in LC and I-140) and company plans on paying sadiq $xyz
d) Terms and conditions of employment: sadiq will continue to be employed as and Engineer by Acm (same company that filed Labor and I-140) during adjudication process and on a permanent basis after the case is approved.
e) I also plan on including proof of completing special registration since I believe they will want it at a future date anyway.

I would appreciate any advice, particularly any templates used by fellow users.

Thanks,
sadiq

Sadiq,
I was watching you posting for over 24 hours. No replies yet. I donot know anything about RFE on employement, since my case has not yet come to processing stage. I think you are submitting all that needed. So should not be a problem. Good luck.

BPB, peace of mind,

Thanks a million for your suggestions/support. My company's legal department is actually drafting the letter and it looks similar to the one posted. I talked with my lawyer who also did agree that I should include proof of RFE since it only helps my case and they will probably query for it later.

thanks
