Employment or marriage based ??

Hi all, I need an advise on the following. I have been waiting for my 485 (RD 05/2003) almost 3 years and given the recent visa bulletin movement it’s clear we are struck here for a long time. What are my options right now given my fiancé is a US citizen and we are getting married in June this year. Would it be faster by applying new 485 on marriage based instead of waiting on the current employment based? Appreciate your views and comments on this

I know one of my friend applied family based and he got GC in 2-3 years

But If you wait for another two years , you might get your GC anyways.

In my views I would'nt invest anymore money in family based and would rather wait for this one.

Thanks for your reply Akhil. Money is not a big deal, I checked with my lawyer and it only cost max $1500. The only thing I am not sure is, will my current EAD becomes invalid if I file 485 based on the marriage? If it is I will be real trouble since I am working on EAD bases on 485 pending (Employment)
